Long story short, the prosecution failed to send any information on my case to Mr. Sussman until less than 24hrs before the pre-trial hearing. Despite the challenging time crunch, within hours of receiving the discovery Mr. Sussman met with me. By that time he had already poked so many holes in the states case that he found it not only couldn't hold water, but it held next to nothing to begin with. He made short work of having the original charge dismissed. He was able to deal a blow to the prosecution while remaining professional. Although I wouldn't hope to need his services again, he would be my 1st call.

Ok and keeping the understanding the Tragic moment there life's he was still there with there game face on. But truly I don't think that DA have a case and still took a plea. But Reduced misterminer and we all know Columbia County about that $$$$$$$$$$
