After long and tortuous years of litigation, my wife's automobile accident has finally been settled. The  circumstances surrounding my wife's concussion case involved circumstances not favorable to a fair resolution. My wife's normal powers of observation were not employable at the scene because she had suffered a concussion. Memory loss and confusion not only clouded litigation but prolonged recovery and settlement.
