I cannot recommend Michael Staggs enough. As a single mom going through a long and emotionally draining custody battle, I needed an attorney who was fair, and honest and that’s exactly who he is. His pricing is moderate and realistic and even though I could barely afford him at times, I never once doubted that I was getting quality representation. Michael doesn’t advertise, and that alone tells you a lot. He doesn’t have to. His work, his results, and his reputation speak for him. Even other lawyers recommend him. He doesn’t drag things out, he doesn’t play games, and he doesn’t add unnecessary chaos to an already stressful situation. He always kept my child’s best interest at the center of everything. If you’re a parent who needs someone solid in your corner Michael Staggs is absolutely who you want standing next to you. I’m grateful every day that I went with my gut and chose him.

Michael Staggs was my attorney through a lengthy and messy divorce a few years ago. He was with me through mediation and all the way through trial. He was fantastic and helped me get exactly what I wanted from it. Without getting into too many personal details, he helped show the court that my ex was lying about numerous things and helped me fight for my rights as a father. Every time my ex filed a document, he was ready with a response and really helped speed up the process up by filing motions as soon as we were able to. His advice was spot on and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Edit**** Michael is still my attorney and still helping me with courts actions brought on my bitter ex. My opinion of him as an attorney, and generally as a person hasn’t changed. I have been with him for 6 years now and am grateful I found someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares enough to put in the effort.

DO NOT USE MICHAEL STAGGS! Especially if you are a father fighting for your rights to your child. He does not have your best interest or well being in mind what so ever, he tricks you into spending more money. Has poor advisement and will royally screw you out of thousands of dollars in legal fees and get you nowhere in your custody. His receptionist is completely rude! What a JOKE! Find me on facebook and I am HAPPY to give more detail on how he treated us with our family custody case. In the initial meet/interview he acts like your best friend and like all he wants to do is help you, forget it! go elsewhere, save your time and money.
