I can't say enough about how helpful Suzette and Stephanie have been. We had, what was supposed to be an easy sale/purchase transaction of our house, ended up being an absolute nightmare (see: True Value Title LLC review). Suzette was on top of everything and anything I needed. She is professional, on top of her game, and thinks five steps ahead. Even after the transaction was completed they were following up to ensure everything was done properly (albeit, we have some hiccups we are still working through). These intelligent women are super thorough and will always act and advise you with your best interest in mind and at heart. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend their services.
