Worst ever make sure you know your case before dealing with him just took my money and didn’t fight for me or gave me the best outcome please if you know what’s best for u this is now the best or lawyer who cares for your outcome he only wants cases he can win he is definitely a sheep in wolf clothing.

The worst experience and most unprofessional attorneys I’ve ever dealt with. They will take your money and not communicate or treat you with respect. I do not recommend unless you want to be taken advantage of. They claimed I didn’t pay them but I have a receipt proving so and they withdrew from my case at court and left me hanging after they bullied me because I told them they didn’t help me or communicate with me. They just wanted the case pushed out as much as possible to get more money out of me.

If i could give under 1 star i would imagine paying a lawyer a LARGE EXPENSIVE lump sum for them to sentence your 20 year old family member 15 years !!!!! Never visited him but once the entire year he was incarcerated these lawyers are unprofessional never go to them if you have criminal court you’ll regret it !!!!!!!!

Brett Swab is a Very Expensive Attorney and has Not defended my daughters rights not even Once. Instead he has allowed the Courts to take her down and currently destroying her Mentally, Emotionally & Now Physically as she has now contracted CoVid in jail & Locked down 23 hours a day for days now. Initially the judge recommended impatient treatment but the 12 & 12 treatment center said she didn't meet requirements for impatient treatment because she had been clean so instead she went through the outpatient program and Completed/Graduated (Awesome) but it wasnt good enough so Brett then pulls her out of 12 & 12 and said if she went through a different program Arise , that at her next court date he would try to get her charges dismissed or lowered. Well not Only did he not do what he said but he did Not Even Show Up at her court date . Judge Sharon Holmes said she tested positive for Medical Cannabis which she has a State Legal Medical Cannabis Card for because Doctor suggested cannabis Instead of Daily Anxiety Drugs (which Is a controlled substance). Brett Swab like the Judge Believes Medical Cannabis is Still an Illegal Substance and does Not recognize the Oklahoma Unity Bill that is Suppose to Protect Cannabis Patient Rights !!! Not Only has Brett Swab refused to defend her Cannabis Patient Rights based on the Oklahoma Unity Bill but he Also has been Paid in Full and has Abandoned my daughter in jail & has Not so much as Seen her or even Communicated not even 1 Word to her in 20 days as of Today. I spoke with Mr Swab on phone a week ago in which through the entire call he yelled and cursed about her even Having a Medical Cannabis Card but informed me that he would not be contacting the Judge or attempt to even get my daughter ( his client ) out of Jail. Brett has Not even so much as taken any responsibility for not showing up to her court appearance or rescheduling it so his client wasn't Vulnerable being in court without him, being that he IS her legal defense (Brett Swab). I have since spoke to several other clients of Brett Swab and they have expressed similar neglect & verbal abuse as my daughter. Yes Brett Swab is Verbally Abusive and does Not at all like to communicate with his clients & ESPECIALLY he does not respect the asking of questions or updates and he will make it Clearly Obvious he is to busy to. Not only has he been verbally abusive to my daughter throughout her case but i have personally experienced it Myself 1st Hand as he was very disrespectful during our 1st visit. I would Strongly suggest anyone needing legal defense to take the time to talk to others that have hired him 1st. And Brett if your reading this , it is not at all an Honorable Practice as a Legal Defense Attorney to allow your clients to be Illegally Incarcerated for something when Oklahoma has Passed Legislation that Protects Cannabis Patients from this. Therefore you seem to believe that the Courts are right to Violate the Rights of your Clients ! You are taking money from people that depend on You to Protect them & Defend their Legal Rights all to Continue playing Prosecutor instead and let them go into the Vicious Never Ending Broken Criminal System that is been Proven to fail people Not Help them. By the way there are books , Documentaries Including the Oklahoma Policy Institute fighting against Oklahomas Unethical Incarceration of Non Violent offenders. Oklahoma has the Highest Female Incarceration in the World ! Not something to be proud of .
