I don’t have enough words to explain what Swain Law Group did for me. They didn’t just represent me — they saved my life and gave me back to my family. I was wrongfully charged with first-degree murder in my wife’s death and spent 2 years and 7 months incarcerated for something I didn’t do. At my first trial, the jury could not reach a verdict: 11 voted not guilty. 1 voted guilty. Instead of accepting that, the state reduced the charge to manslaughter in the first degree and tried again. It was a nightmare no innocent person should ever have to live through. After my wife’s passing, one of the most painful parts of this ordeal was being cut off from my children. They are very knowledgeable of laws and procedures, paied attention to the details that matter evidence/witnesses testimony, reasonable, honest from the start by never giving unrealistic expectations. Swain Law firm is the great of the greatest I had a family member charged with murder looking at life in prison but of course Swain Law Firm was hired for his Lawyers and he only received 2 years with time served and 2 years probation. Hard working lawyers to have on your side. They get the job done!!!

Wonderful Lawyers to work with!

Takes forever to get settlement. I received some of my settlement however, they witheld a substantial amount. It's taking forever and I'm not satisfied with the excuses. This issue should have been settled. I'm beginning to think I'm not going to see the settlement period.

I can’t give enough praise to this firm. I had a situation that I felt was hopeless. DUI, even though I wasn’t driving but was accused. The prosecution didn’t miss a step. So I researched and found Swain vs all my family telling me to retain a local firm. I was given sound advice which I initially disagreed with but now so glad I did. I wasn’t patronized but given sound advice as to how avoid jail time and ultimately getting the best possible result. Tom, Alison and Alisha brought their outstanding expertise and guidance through the process. If you need defense, this is truly the group you need. It’s been years since I’ve used them and just seen I never left a review that they definitely deserve! Matt Swain and Scott Banks did amazing on our case!
