I was treated with respect and concern for my situation. Arranging things that I needed to take care of was very simple and went more quickly and easily than I expected. It seems that everything they did was top tier. My wife's family has used their services three times in the past and they have always been very satisfied as was I.

I cannot recommend Swan Law enough. Bailey was amazing and went out of her way to accommodate us. She ensured we were all informed about what was happening, that everything was taken care of and that my mom had the best treatment and send off possible. Everyone we dealt with was professional and compassionate. Exceptional service through an incredibly difficult time. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Christian was the most wonderful director we could have asked for. This was an incredibly difficult time for my family. His calm demeanor and personality were such a blessing. The entire staff made sure every detail was taken care of and All our questions and concerns were taken seriously and calmed every issue we had. They provided a beautiful area for our viewing. Their professionalism and support was exactly what we needed .

Swan-law funeral home doesn’t even deserve one star, but unfortunately, I had to put something in order to post this review. The incompetence, my family and I encountered was baffling and the fact that they finally got my husband‘s remains to us two days after the Celebration of Life, Service and after my children had to go back home was unacceptable. The level of stress that this added to our family already grieving was unacceptable. If you are considering using this facility, please don’t. I hope this never happens to another family.

I honestly wanted to have my arrangements in place for a while now. After meeting with Mr.Brett Simon, I felt confidence in my decision to make my cremation arrangements. I would like to add, even though I will be moving abroad and living there part time I was able to add in travelers insurance. Swann Lawn funeral home, considering what we had to go through was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. They were professional, kind, and were able to quickly adapt to our families needs. I would highly recommend them for anybody going through the loss of a loved one.

The people at Swan Law helped me process the death of my father, gave me the ability to honor him with a memorial service that I created and that allowed for everyone to express how they felt, and played the Rolling Stones "You Can't Always Get What You Want" just like I asked them to.

Well, we hope we're not going to need everything for a long time, but in the interest of making things easier for our family got an early (hopefully) start. We were able to painlessly and rather quickly plan everything we wanted. It helped that Brett, our rep, was professional but appreciated my warped sense of humor! Other than that, it was pretty easy to our everything into place.

Bailey, our funeral director, did such a great job helping us through the difficult time of planning a family funeral. She was very professional and the service at Swan Law was a beautiful tribute to our family member.
