Honestly the worst attorney ever paid thousands of dollars to never getting a response from them never kept me updated on my case paralegal Ryan argued with me for three days about paperwork that I already gave him the find out he was looking at the wrong case and billed me for it Jermy has no confidence in him self literally told me to quit my job a find a new so unprofessional and terrible experience i honestly should be refunded at least half of what I payed close to 30,000

Jeremy is not cheap by any means, however he comes through with everything he says he will do. He is honest and will tell you the good and bad. He will not over promise which has been great. He is aggressive when needed to be.

The 2nd worst experience with Attorneys that don't want to do the work and try to convince you to settle for BS. Not worth the time and money you’ll loose.

Easy to get appointment, nice offices. Jeremy Swanson is reassuring and knowledgeable.

I met with Seth and discussed my issue with him. I explained how I was a very successful nurse and had purchased a truck through my credit union and at the time of purchase I also purchased a protection policy, so that if I ever became injured or too sick to work that my purchased policy would cover my payments until I could return to work. I also explained that my credit union had merged with another credit union and during this transitional period the new credit union had dropped my policy without my knowledge and would not except payments from the insurance company where I had purchased the policy. I had been diagnosed with valley fever and it had disseminated through out my body and I could no longer work. Since this time and after finding out that the new credit union would not except payments from my policy holder I was running out of hope. Seth immediately knew what I had also thought.... that this can not be legal he asked me to allow him some time to see what could be done. I received a call in a couple of days later from Seths assistant telling me that they were going to take my case and asked me if I could come into sign paperwork. I figured this would probably cost a lot of money that in my situation I just didn’t have. When I arrived Seth told me that they were not going to charge me anything, and that they would recover all fees from the credit union if we won and if we lost he would only ask me to be responsible for the filing fees. I could not have asked to have a more ethical team on my side. I cried on my way home because you just don’t come across such good and ethical people these days. They were able to get my vehicle almost completely paid off and we never had to go to court. I would recommend him and his legal team to anyone looking for an awesome attorney To represent them.
