This is by far the most injurious law firm, I’ve ever dealt with my son has a personal injury case from 2024 that is an open and shut case his attorney Devorah, Peretz, is 100 percent coo-coo for coco puff’s putting her clients case on the back burner while Shetland personal time off! No communication even from the boss Brandon Schwartz, who initially passed my sons case down to her No Professionalism whatsoever!!! Do not go with this firm , bout to contact the bar association…!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience during a phone consultation with Brandon Swartz Law Firm. From the start of the call, Brandon Swartz was dismissive and condescending. He immediately told me I didn’t have a case and spoke as though he was doing me a favor by even considering it. He repeatedly criticized me for not receiving treatment, but wouldn’t allow me the opportunity to explain that I actually have been receiving treatment. When I asked if this was the type of behavior I should expect if I were his client, he responded, “No, because I’m not taking your case — you blew it.” Whether an attorney takes a case or not, I think basic professionalism and respect should be standard which is not apparently the case here!

My wife was involved in a slip and fall at work. We used Brandon Swartz and are pleased with the outcome. The only thing I can think of that could've improved our relationship would be better communication. There were times when she emailed them and it took multiple attempts to get a response. That said, whenever she included Brandon on the emails. the response was much better.

I was in an automobile accident and called the Swartz Culleton group to represent me. Anthony Giannetti represented me in my case. Very professional and extremely nice attorney! He was always available at anytime for questions. I would recommend him highly!

What can I say about this firm that could be negative I couldn't think of anything this firm their staff and everybody who was working on my case went above and beyond to handle my case in a fast and timely manner if anybody and I do mean anybody is looking for a law firm that's going to look out for you and not for their best interest look no further this firm and Mr Anthony gianetti definitely rocks I couldn't thank you guys enough for all that you've done.

Swartz Culleton has been there for me every step of the way since my accident. Their personalized service is unmatched. Mr Swarz is hands on as well as the other attorneys, specifically Matt Gallagher and his paralegal Carley. They did not do their job they were absolutely worthless. And my lawyer was actually worthlessThey were worthless.

I cannot stress enough how horrible this place is. Do not use this firm for anything related to your business. You will not be taken seriously and will waste time because they will schedule a meeting and when you arrive no one knows why you are there. They will use print media to disparage your name when you terminate your business with them. There are many better law firms out there to choose from.

I agree with the reviewer who wrote “any positive reviews of this firm are Fake “ It would take me to much space on this forum to write how poorly and unprofessionally my case was handled. I will tell you that two years after my case was settled I found out that Swartz Culleton did not pay the medical bills that were part of the settlement and now they are coming after me for the money!! Like every one on here has said. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. I will be filing a complaint today with the Pa Bar association

I can't say enough good things about this law firm and while I hope no one is ever in a situation where they need a personal injury attorney, I do highly recommend this law firm and Adam Schorr who was my attorney. He paid thorough attention to detail and was communicating regularly as information became available and things moved along. Yes, sometimes there are spurts of time when you might not have as much communication as information is being collected, looked at, etc but it's the nature of the beast and sometimes patience has to be a virtue in these things. But when things got moving, they really moved along and my case was only a year and a half old when we settled. I never felt rushed and communication was always clear. Adam did a great job collecting evidence and working with the defense attorneys and mediator. Everything went even more smoothly than I expected and I cannot thank Adam enough. I was also happy with my settlement amount and felt it was fair and that it compensated me adequately. Thank you!
