Please look elsewhere if you are in need of knowledgeable attorneys, especially if your case requires litigation. Beth Ufkes is inexperienced and unprofessional. She displayed questionable ethics when interacting with my brother, myself, and my father’s guardian ad litem. I asked for the same items or information repeatedly with extremely delayed response. And despite video evidence that clearly put the driver at fault for negligence, she is happy to settle for what’s covered by the insurance policy. Do we really need lawyers to take a third of a settlement for this type of outcome? Do your homework before you allow an attorney to get the same payout as the price for someone’s life to be forever altered.
