Had David Penrod for 2017 autocase. Him and the secretary at that time was very helpful. Just called them back for another autocase, placed a request online on Friday, did not receive a call or email back bak. Called to follow up. She was very short with her answers on select answers she did provide and was not informative. When asked if Swenson did auto cases she did not answer the question, put me on hold. Then when came back on, said his next available was next Tuesday. When I told her I had to work that say she put me on HD again and said that was his only date available. When I told her I could not do that day without talking to my husband first. She said then you will have to get a lawer there in twin. When I told her we did not want a lawer here in twin she stated, you will just have to very short and hung up the phone. Really? He only has one open day for the next 60 days? Really?

Mr.Swenson is a top notch family attorney he's very well prepared and his knowledge of the laws are incredibly good, he's experienced and worth every penny! I would recommend him to anyone going thru a divorce or custody battles.

About 5 years ago, I had a friend who use Blake as her divorce attorney. And he did a horrible job at weighting up the divorce decree. And to this day she is still dealing with this divorce because of terrible wording in the decree. Blake wanted nothing to do with it and was horrible to work with. I would never recommend this office. If I could give negative Stars I would.

David Penrod handled a custody issue that I was involved in what impressed Me was that he honestly cared. In the beginning of our litigation the case did not go well for us but David found new legal avenues to ultimately achieve our goal.Thank you David

I contacted David Penrod during one of the hardest times in my life. I was a complete mess and couldn't talk without crying because of the situation I was in. He was the first lawyer out of the dozen I called who answered his own phone and then listened to what I needed without having to call me back. Because of my financial situation he said he would do a consult with me for a discount and has worked with me over the 16 months of back and forth to with my Ex. He gave me the best advise on how to handle the custody of my kids with my Ex and even now that court is finalized he still takes my calls and discusses my options how to handle rough situations.
