If I could give 10 stars I would! Mrs. Janet and Mr. Swindell were amazing. I will not go into every detail, but to say that they went above and beyond for my fiancé and I through our home buying process would be an understatement. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Biggest waste of money!! $5k thrown to the trash! I asked for help on my custody case that I was going through with my daughters biological father for him to completely put all what I asked for to the side and now I lost so much time away from my daughter bc of stranger she has not even seen in over 3years. He never answered when I called asking him to explain my case. when it came to the court date he wasn’t even in the court room when he handed me to the papers to sign he never explained to me what the judge agreed to and he said he had another case that day and then he left me to deal with everything by myself because he said he was leaving family law. I would never recommend this place ever! The front desk sucks as well!

He was my attorney for the civil case & my son & I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out because of Andrew. He has patience and kept me informed with everything in this case throughout the whole process. He truly is an Awesome Attorney and I will most definitely have him for any near future cases!! Again.. EXCELLENT law firm. Frank Swindell is 100% top notch. They deserve 10 stars. He made my closing so easy and not a single problem arose. Anyone that says otherwise does not actually know him. I recommend his firm as the MOST honest you will find!

This attorney's office does not respond to voicemail or email. I am trying to get a closing done. I have never had this experience with an attorney's office in my 12 years selling real estate and have never had to leave a bad review in hopes to get a response. I asked Janet (the one time I got her on the phone by calling back to back) if they are too busy, I can send this to another attorney's office. She said they can do it and she was working on it Monday 6/3/24. She still is not responding and I have nothing to tell my sellers regarding if their home is closing or not this week!! This makes me look bad as the agent suggesting a local attorney since I prefer to support local small business. This also breaches the buyers contract stating close within 7 days of tenant vacating. I would not suggest using their services!

The buyers of our house use this law firm as their representative. This firm screwed up completing the closing. They failed to mail a closing check to me at an address that was provided a minimum of three different times in the closing documents. Their excuse was they’ve never had to fill out an address using a street address and a PO Box before.. I would give a tremendous amount of thought about using a firm that can’t even successfully mail a checkTo address that was provided three different times. I’m assuming the review will have my email address please reach out and I would be glad to explain the situation to anyone that cares to hear. 19 days and counting for them to successfully mail a letter. I can’t believe I had to get my realtor and an attorney To get them to successfully complete the closing transaction. Eventually, after numerous attempts to get them to transfer the funds, they actually. had to get up and drive themselves to my bank and deposit the funds in my account. I guess they also didn’t trust themselves with the US Postal Service and the taxing mental hoops that have to be jump through to actually successfully mail an envelope. again, I believe the majority of this was due to the attorneys Secretary however, it’s his firm and it represents him ultimately. Of course this is all just my opinion.

I have used Frank Swindell's office for closings and other matters for several years. Mr. Swindell and his staff are knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend him.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and informative. Case was handled quickly and efficiently with little to no hassle on my end. Hopefully won't need them again, but if I do, I will be using this law firm!

Shanicia Young represented me for a speeding ticket and she was totally amazing,very very easy to work with and I never even had to show up in court, I very highly recommend her if you need a lawyer,she does pretty much everything except criminal cases but I will most definitely be using her again the next time I need a lawyer,oh and her prices are unbelievably reasonable too,you won’t be sorry

AVOID AT ALL COST! This man missed every deadline, prolonged my closing two months. Cost me a higher interest rate and didn't have the professional courtesy to apologize. My agent still wanted to use him after I advised that we find another closing attorney. I used him the second time at my agents request, and Swindell could not complete the necessary documents required and asked my agent to get me to do it. To add insult to injury, he gave me a check that Bank of America wouldn't accept. A thief and a lier are the two best words to describe this man. Avoid his firm!

From start to finish, Swindell Law made this easy. Shanicia Young was personable and got the job done. The cost was better than I anticipated. I was very pleased.

Attorney Shanicia Young was not only very professional but was very personable. She was so helpful with any and all of my questions when I was in the process of purchasing my new home. She helped ease my worries when one arose. If there was something that I didn't understand, she was right there to help. She was quick to respond. And I even got the biggest hug once the whole process was done. She was so quick to reach out to me, the sellers, or the bank when we had questions pop up. I would recommend Shanicia and this law firm for your needs. Fair prices and professionalism!!! I truly can not thank Shanicia enough!
