I inherited a litigation that my husband entered into prior to his passing almost 7 years ago. I was not thrilled about it and didn't really want to deal with it but everyone at SWMW made the process incredibly easy and the payout has insured mine and his children financial security. TERRIBLE communication. They've been going around in circles for three years. They had the perfect excuse (the pandemic), and I let it slide because it wasn't their "fault." But one of their "lawyers," this Lorraine, stopped responding to my emails. I've been trying to contact them for over a month, and their phones won't connect. Honestly, I don't know why they even bother notifying me about something they're not going to resolve or if they're just going to keep making excuses. UPDATE: After going around in circles for three years, they took another three years to send their archaic check, so six years in total. And then they ended up stealing 42%. You can't even cash the check. We've been to every bank in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and nothing. The would-be lawyer, this Lorraine, should be avoided if possible. She's good at threatening and demanding, but terrible at answering questions.

I was recommended by a dental hygienist to call Ben McIntosh. Was the best decision I made. He took my vehicle accident right from the start. Him and his paralegal Ashley were really nice and understanding. They treated me like a person and not dollar signs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a very good lawyer. I was referred to SWMW law and was so grateful I had them on my side. Ben M handled my case and he continued to fight for me for years until I was properly compensated. There is a law in that state that should be changed

never have been to there office. But the service we have gotten has been amazing. My husband has had cancer and with this groups help, maybe will get some kinda settlement. When you call this firm you get a real person and a call back in a timely manner. They are very patient with us when asking questions. Highly recommend.
