As a Realtor for 38 years, I was fortunate to meet Jon early in my career. As I specialized in REOs and the prevention of foreclosure, Jon was instrumental in helping me develop my real estate practice. Jon was patient, a problem solver who "thinks outside the box" and has integrity above reproach! His team were always on top of closings (thank you Terrie O'Neal!) and all of my transactions closed. Even with many unforseen issues that arise, Jon would work through each legal issue with surgical precision to a successful resolution. Jon has been my personal attorney for over 36 years, helping my family with estate documents, real estate closings, and the like. Jon explains the "legalese" of legal documents in terms that the average Joe can easily understand. Jon helped me to form each LLC and is my registered agent for all of my LLCs and his team (thanks Cindy Robertson!) keeps me on top of my legal responsibilities for each LLC. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of customer service I have experienced with your company. Over the past week, I have made multiple attempts to contact your office in order to receive clarification on a matter and to ensure that important documentation is sent to the correct address. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with repeated interruptions, dismissive behavior, and, in some instances, being abruptly disconnected during calls. I was not given the opportunity to fully explain my concerns or ask basic questions, which I find both unprofessional and unacceptable. I am genuinely concerned about how this type of service reflects on your company’s reputation. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Terrible people and terrible company. They openly admit to not doing their jobs to customers, refuse to communicate with debtors, and then sit on your case for almost 2 years to let interest build up. After it has earned enough interest for them, they run straight to the courts to file garnishment paperwork. You parade yourself around as a debt collector but made no actual attempt to collect any debt. I was not even notified they were the ones with the debt. You clog up our court system with cases that never even needed to go to court. All you needed to do was pick up a phone and call, but I guess that is too much work for them. This place is nothing more than slumlord attorneys who want to take advantage of people. I would stay far away from them for any legal needs you may have, there are much better and more reputable attorneys in the area that can assist you.

I have been dealing with Laura Griffin and she has absolutely been disgusting and rude for no reason . She doesn’t like being questioned she just expects you to pay whatever they schemed up and don’t ask any questions. I caught her in a lie multiple times and gratefully I recorded the phone call ! Trying to scam me out of my money but won’t send me proof of what I’m paying . She hung up right on me as if she’s the one stressed trying to pay a debt ! I would not rent to anyyyy property that deals with this agency

If I could do less than one star I would. JAMES CROMWELL or should I say Jim is the most unprofessional attorney I have EVER interacted with. He makes unnecessary comments, issues out innacurate financial information & he tried to get me to agree to a deal outside of the courtroom that was not in my best interest. He is aware I’m currently strugggling to work through open heart surgery recovery and the lack of customer service skill and sincerity is DISGUSTING. He made a comment about my financial struggle that was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. He has no bedside manner or manners in general. When I asked him to apologize his response was “Is that all you have to say?”…..the lack of professionalism is uncanny & honestly disturbing considering he deals with the general public. I hope management or the higher-ups help him to correct his horrendous behavior. It could be because I’m African American so he stereotyped me to be an angry black woman. Either way, his treatment and comments were uncalled for and caused me unnecessary stress.

I've been calling for days now after they took $2,000 out of my bank account. I can not get a hold of them to figure out what is goin on. Now I am about to be left homeless because they took my entire pay check!!! Anyone know why they won't answer???? 😡

Been waiting on the attorneys to finalize our judgment based off payment due and what claims of damage they may try to scheme up and it's been 5 months waiting on final info to collect I hear from Luna Point that I need to contact the Attorneys and then the Attorneys still haven't finalize what is due so me and my children can satisfy the judgment and get a freaking place less expensive! This is Causing me to be more broke and homeless than I originally was . I'm over it the wait is worrying the state social services due to lack of urgency to a single mother paying weekly for a room. My light bill was the same as my rent 1650 every month (Dominion power) during the pandemic and I barely stood ground . What's taking so long. Is it hard enough I been booted for none payment give me a chance to regain my financial situation yall are making it worst with lack of communication. I work to get as much money as possible to actual settle what I can but paying for more time with 3 kids in a room is a harder challenge. It's just a finale estimate please God help 🙏😢 we cant live in a hotel any longer.

I had purchased a property and @ closing discovered that my name was spelled incorrectly. The attorney was very diligent in staying later than usual as the mortgage company had closed for the day and getting new documents was out of the question. So after crossing out the incorrect spelling, inserting the correct spelling and initialing every page, it took quite a bit of time. I completed my purchase of the property and everything was fine. I have used this firm for several closings and was not dissatisfied. Will use them again.
