Exceedingly unprofessional and not accepting new clients. Literally got tangled in his phone cord and acted like he hasn’t taken a call in 10 years— answered with “hello?” and I had to ask if I had the right number for the law firm. Big yikes.

WOW, just closed up my case from a car accident and I am so grateful for my team! They communicated so well with me through the entire process and listened with compassion when I would break down about my pain. They worked SO HARD to get what we needed from the other party who were dodging them for years. I ended up getting back way more than expected and they fought hard for me. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Horrible customer service! Was hung up on multiple times because the receptionist could not stay calm. Horrible attitude as well as horrible services. So glad I didn’t waste my money on them. I encourage my fellow people not to as well.

Do not recommend this law firm waste of time and money they will take your money and waste it . They don’t listen to you they just are money hungry . Save your money and go elsewhere Christina D. Isom is not bright at all do not recommend her she’s only been practicing for 3 years and has no experience. She doesn’t know anything about laws or rights . Stay away from her

I had a wonderful experience as a customer. I needed help reviewing and ideas/suggestions about a contract. Not only did I get exactly what I needed, I got more. They were so helpful and friendly in guiding me in which direction I needed to go which ultimately ended with them solving my problems. Absolutely incredible team from the receptionists to the associates.
