They had called me randomly for a consult and I was in a public place so I requested a call back in 10minutes. They agreed but also I noticed that they said “ I will TRY to call back at 115”. I never heard from them again. They did not care to help me. If they aren’t accepting new clients, I don’t know why they called me and then ghosted me.

Rod, Kathryn, and Symone all gave me such compassionate and excellent service throughout the duration of my case. My case was very involved and we were truly the Davids up against quite the Goliath. My case brought new questions of law that saw its way between both Federal and State court systems, and the entire team saw it through with tenacity, ultimately bringing a huge, precedent-setting win!

We appreciate you contacting our firm to potentially assist with your legal matter but are disappointed that you elected to post this review and that you posted the review without first giving us the chance to address your concerns. Before and after receiving the details of your claim after office hours on October 16th, we discussed the process of reviewing your materials and that we would get back to you after that review was completed. In all fairness, the holiday season is typically busier, sometimes requiring a slightly extended time to review submitted materials. However, that does not negate the fact that we continued to communicate and update you throughout the review process. Since my Firm did not accept your case, I am pleased that you were able to secure the services of another attorney. However, your harsh criticism of our firm is not warranted and frankly is inaccurate. You did not wait weeks for information or communication as we responded to you throughout your brief contact with us and returned all of phone calls including those of “friends” who would not answer the phone when their call was returned. Regardless, we wish you success with your legal matter.
From the moment I spoke to Mr. Stephens I knew he was the attorney I hoped would represent me. When he took my case, Mr. Stephens and his staff treated me with empathy, DIGNITY, and gave me a sense of hope. Integrity is the best word to describe the Stephens Law Firm. When dealing with an employment matter, he was direct, precise, followed through, and did what was right by our company. I called them seeking legal advice about the religious discrimination I am experiencing with my employer. I gave the secretary my phone number and email address. I have not received a phone call or any emails from them. If they didn't want to do business with me . All they would have to do is take 2 minutes out of there day . To write me a 1 sentence email saying they are not interested in doing business with me. I consider not communicating with potential customers very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone

They take the call Friday, I'm taken I thought seriously, told Friday I'll be called back by the Lawyer, come Wednesday I phone in asking what's up as nobody called me back, she hesitates and states the Lawyers current schedule is booked basically, WOW unprofessional and uncoordinated I go the entire memorial weekend with no answers to be told NO

I can tell you, based on the information you provided, this determination was well grounded. I recently used Rod's services and in the end I was very pleased with his law firm. In business, when everything is going good, it is very easy to provide stellar service. However, when things go wrong is when you get a true picture of an individuals character. We had a situation that became very sour and frustrated me like none other. Rod handled himself like a professional, apologized and owned the mistake, and made it completely right. As a business owner, this meant the world to me.
