when i engaged TJ to help me after i was hit by a distracted driver on my way to work, i told him that i wanted to think about this thing as little as possible. i truly think TJ achieved that for me by doing all of the legal work in the background while i focused on healing physically and mentally. In response to your comment, yes I did leave a one star review. Children were screened at school WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT and I do not consider that to be "nothing". I reached out to you, one of the top medical malpractice/negligence lawyers in Louisville, for help. Not to be laughed at by you and have my character attacked publicly. EDIT. Mr Smith, I did not ask you to "help me sue JCPS" and I made it clear that the free screenings are not the issue. I expressed that those are wonderful services offered for us families within JCPS and I stand by that. My issue is with the procedual safeguards not taking place. (902 KAR 30:180 section 2) You made the first comment on my review, not me. Now you have chosen to make an edit that highly misrepresents me, my intentions and the nature of our conversation. That is character defamation. You appeared to be a well respected lawyer Mr. Smith and again, is the reason I reached out to you.

Tj promised me a large pay out and that is exactly what he did. The insurance company was fighting to give me anything and he did not play games with them. He is one of the best lawyers out here. He is very upfront and truthful. Also very down to earth and funny. If you use him you will very happy in the end. Thank you again to TJ and his team for everything.

TJ and Rebecca were the best to with my recent car accident. They stayed in constant communication and always responded back in timely fashion when I had any questions. TJ and Rebecca worked tirelessly to fight for what was right for my case. They won’t settle for anything less than what you deserve. I hope I never have any car accident in the future, but I know who I would call and hire in the future if I have this happen again. Definitely would be TJ, because he will make’’em pay!

TJ and his co-worker Rebecca are great. His motto is he’ll make em pay and he did. More importantly both of them always have time for their clients no matter how busy you think they may be. The first time my wife and I spoke with TJ after our accident he gave us more information on what to expect with our injuries and recovery. It was the first time that I felt anything other than the gloom and doom that set in after the wreck. I cannot recommend them enough.
