Thanks to the inefficient and unprofessional methods associates use at this firm I lost all my retroactive payments on my VA claim. They had 366 to file the appeal but no, they waited till 6 days later to file it. My file was passed around to various associates and all of them were horrible communicating updates on the process. I lost between $50-$75 thousand dollars because of the gross mishandling of my claim. Stay away unless you don't mind being represented by sub-par legal unprofessionals.
