Tracey is amazing she as explained everything to me step by step SO I understand it!!! Ok we ran into a hiccup but the case is not dead tracey is still anazing, i have not met Mr.Lindsey personally yet but have communicate and he is not giving up on loss of my husband.

Terrible law firm, Drug a case out and let the surgeon stall and use delay tactics almost 5 years and ended up losing their expert witness for my case to retirement by letting the surgeon and his lawyers stall also didn't even finish their deposition of the surgeon. Terrible communication wouldn't even return my calls 90% of the time. If you go for malpractice stay away from these clowns.

Dr. Lindsay and his son were god sent. They put up the best fight ever. I will always owe them a great debt of gratitude. They care! If you need a good lawyer for malpractice you will never find a better lawyer. They understand medical records and they wont stop. I love you guys.

This firm is not only fair but they are compassion not only to their clients but also to the kids in West Virginia. They make a difference with the kids by helping to contribute to WV Helping Hands and also the Boots for Babies Campaign at Christmas. That helps with clean, dry and new shoes in the Kanawha and Putnam Counties for over kids?
