The law firm's assistants were very friendly and handled cases well. Only the receptionist was extremely rude and aggressive… She never tried to understand your needs or who you wanted to see… She tried to shut you out; you couldn't see a paralegal. I was there inquiring about my case, and before I could even finish speaking, she told me I had to pay this or that fee… because my citizenship test application process is very long… I've been waiting for over six months! She said: If I don't have enough money to pay for a second application, then I can't take the citizenship test! She kept talking about money, money, money… I believe this is just her bad behavior; she's very domineering, and this receptionist is obsessed with money… I'm ashamed and embarrassed that the law firm hired such a terrible receptionist! Law office assistant members are very nice and very friendly also did great job on case Only front desk receptionist are super Rudeness and aggressive….. She never try to understand your need and who you want to meet…. She try to block you out and you can’t meet a Lawyer assistant I was there when I ask my case matter she not even wait until I finish my sentence, she told me I had to pay this or that ….. because the reason I applied my citizen test for very long time.. I been waiting for more than 6 months! She said: if I don’t prepare enough money to pay a 2nd time apply again! Then I can’t have a citizen test ! She always talk about Money Money Money ….. nonstops, I believe it’s only her bad behavior act very Bossy, only this front desk receptionist lady asked for money…. I feel really sad and shameful for the law firm have this bad receptionist at the desk!

Avoid the pitfalls! Before signing the contract, they're very nice. They don't even ask about your case, just guaranteeing they can handle it. After collecting the attorney's fee, they become impatient to communicate with you, blaming you for every additional question. They're constantly asking for additional fees and hiding fees. They drag their feet... Before the court appearance, they'll constantly try to convince you to close the case, claiming they've already collected the fees. The sooner the better, with absolutely no regard for your client's interests. They outsource the court appearances to other lawyers, and their professionalism and dedication are up to you. The so-called interviews and courtroom training last about 30 minutes. They don't even discuss the case, evidence, or argumentative strategy.
