Katie Mcgee is one of the best family law attorneys in Okc. She listened to what I wanted and was very thorough. Highly recommend her going through a divorce. Katelyn her paralegal was very helpful and they both always communicated effectively and timely. Great law firm!

I can't speak highly enough of TTSB, and specifically, Katie Magee. Anybody that needs a family law attorney, look no further. She expertly navigated my custody case with confidence and delivered beyond my expectations. She and Katelyn were quick to respond to any questions and kept us informed at every update with the case. There's not enough stars to give this lawfirm! Especially, Katie McGee and Katelyn. After a long drawn out court custody case regarding our children and their wellbeing we finally got our hard fought hallelujah 1/23/25. My husband adopted our children 10/2/23. Their bio father had his rights terminated July 2017. Prior to meeting my now husband I was a single mom employed as a full time hospice nurse. It was me only who went through the sleepless nights, hospital stays, school functions, sports, tears, bumps, bruises, and drs appointments (believe me that's a lot with 2 kids, 1 having an altered immune system) until I met my now husband then it was us. He's the only dad they even known because bio had been out the picture for 7 years! 40 days after the adoption was finalized we got served with papers that bio father wanted to "enforce" visitation. Should have been a quick, no, open then shut case process right ? It was far from it. After retaining bad council, we were on a mission to find an attorney that would fight for our children. After talking to Sam, he was amazing and recommended Katie. He couldn't have picked a better person. She's absolutely amazing. 40 days later we were in court for the first time where I as there mother was verbally berated by my ex husband's council. She tried everything she could to upset me but it didn't work. She even threatened an appeal before the case was even heard. She made phone calls to the child support office without giving all the facts. There were so many unethical things that she done that was just absolutely unreal.I prayed and remained calm. Katie kept me grounded. 40 days later we are back in court for 2nd argument. The decision was left up to the judge at that point. 40 days later , no response. Katie kept checking on me. Almost another 40 days later right before Thanksgiving we got the news that we won. 38 days later we were waiting to hear if there would be an appeal and heard nothing. Day 39 an agreement was reached and papers signed. Day 40 we got released with the official paperwork that IT'S over for good! No more! It's been a hard 13 months but we come victorious and our children will always be safe and loved. This would have never been possible without God, Katie and Katelyn in our corner. I'm sorry this is so long but I just want to end with this because like I was I feel there are others out there in their 40. In the bible, it rained for 40 days and 40 nights. Day 41 came and the rain stopped. Moses committed murder and hid in the desert for 40 years. Day 41 came and God called him to rescue Israel. Moses went up on the mountain for 40 days. On day 41 he received the Ten Commandments. The Israelites wondered in the wilderness for 40 years. In year 41 they walked into the promised land. Goliath taunted Israel for 40 days. Day 41 came and David slew him.Jonah preached a message on repentance to Ninevah for 40 days. On day 41 God stopped his plan to destroy them. Jesus fasted for 40 days and was tempted. On day 41 the devil fled. After Jesus's resurrection, Jesus appeared to his disciples for 40 days. On day 41, he ascended into heaven. THE RAIN WILL STOP, THE GIANT WILL FALL AND YOU WILL ENTER YOUR PROMISED LAND! DON'T GIVE UP AT 40! YOUR 41 IS COMING!

Sam & Karissa are amazing! Karissa was super responsive and fast with any questions we had and getting together everything that was need for our case! The process was smooth and we were taken care of every step of the way!

My daughter was stopped by a Cleveland County Deputy in OKC. As a former police officer myself I questioned the stop and reached out to Mr. Stice. Mr. Stice and his staff were professional and diligent in forcing the Prosecution to turn over video evidence of this stop. Ultimately due to the many questions raised by Mr. Stice and the Prosecutions failure to produce evidence the case was dismissed. Thank You.

Motion to modify visitation. I have had a multitude of lawyers (4) over a 10 year battle. None even touch the knowledge, experience and integrity of Sam Talley. Sam brought a relaxed atmosphere to our family and I never relax. He truly had everything under control and kept me informed every step without me asking for an update. He advocated well for the child involved and was healthy and realistic with his approaches while also not giving what was not necessary. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I have spent thousands on other legal teams and Sam was by far had the most financial integrity, knowledge and communication.
