Being in a car accident is one of the worst situations one can be in. You’re life changes in a split second. This was my first car accident and I was so scared I had no clue what to do or where to even start. I reached out to Mr. Ortegon at Tamez & Ortegon, not having a clue on what my next step should be. I had a new vehicle that took a hit I was so devastated because I had worked so hard for my first vehicle and had just paid it off. Mr Ortegon guided me on the right path and fought for me. Since it was my first accident he took the reigns. He provided me with his personal cell phone number. He was always a phone call away if I had any questions and boy did I!!!! He answered every single concern I had. He addressed every situation that crossed our paths! He made sure our vehicle was taken care of asap! And then to top it off got us a top dollar offer which I wasn’t even expecting!! God forbid we’re ever in this type of situation again but if we did I without a doubt would call Mr Ortegon a million times over!! God bless Mr Ortegon and his staff always!
