There were 3 of us involved in the accident and as far as I know, I got the best deal because I worked with Tapalian. He was informative and also prepared me for what was to come and was very honest and upfront. My only complaint is that I wish there would’ve been more communication On the opposite end, I did have to call to get updates about my case. But I really did not have to do anything on my end and they did all the work!
