Tarpy 0/5 absolutely did us wrong and we trusted him!

What a joke of a firm! If you want to waste time and energy with lawyers that only wants your money, then choose "Tarpy, Cox, Fleishman & Leveille". We engaged Kelli Holmes with the understanding that she was a professional lawyer who promised to help us. But nothing productive was done beyond her “engagement letter” with us, and collection of a retainer. Her listening skills are non-existent, and her sense of entitlement is off the charts! In fact, she wasted many billable hours writing flowery and ineffective letters to the defendant that resulted in NOTHING except spinning her wheels and collecting $$ from us. We picked this firm primarily because the fees are relatively low, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for! Big mistake!!! My recommendation is to spend a little more and find a quality law firm.

Don't let Ed Cox become your attorney over any kind of Trust or Estate. He and another attorney whom I won't post due to my identity. But they took so much $$ from my family and I. He seems nice but then you get his bill and it's probably most of what's in the Trust or Estate. In my circumstances he shld have never been appointed as our attorney due to conflict of interest but you know how small town attorney's are and will continue to be as long as you let them. Unfortunately I was unable to stop this man from taking all that was available to him and the other attorney now I have nothing and can't do anything bout it. . So I hope this saves someone alot of $$$ cuz this man will take it all if you allow him too... Keep scrolling definitely do your research. If thers one bad review then keep looking cuz the one bad review is likely the most honest one you'll read.
