I called this law firm seeking legal guidance, but before I could even explain my situation, the gentleman who answered abruptly said, "If you don't have an injury, we are not the law firm for you," and immediately hung up. He did call back afterward, but by then I had already decided this wasn’t the kind of interaction I expected from a professional office. I explained that my son did have an injury, but it was clear this would not be the right place for us.
