He absolutely didn’t care. Didn’t obtain any of my medical records. Not a one. Didn’t do any work for a winnable case. Poor communication when there was any. Of course the disability claim was denied. I asked for an appeal. He refused to mail or fax a single sheet of paper on my behalf. He then dropped me as a client a single day before the appeal time expired.

Save your money! This firm will only accept disability cases that have enough medical evidence, which is one of the most direct ways to qualify for ssdi. This firm does not care about clients, it only cares to make money off of other people's hardships. They also do a poor job of returning phone calls and practicing active listening skills. Reapply for ssdi yourself and keep the 20% of your back pay!!

Horrible. Very unjust. Would not recommend

At first my experience with this place was very positive everyone was very sweet and helped me understand my situation, however after my case was over and I was denied every single one of them ghosted me. Not even a call to see how I was doing or advice going forward just a cold letter that said they'd no longer be helping me and I'd have to appeal on my own. Now that I am trying to reopen another case they are dragging their feet even though they dropped me like a dead fly.

Mr. Eldridge was my son's court appointed attorney recently and I am so thankful that he was. He went above and beyond for my son and was able to get him probation when several other lawyers told me there was no way that probation would be a option. If you are in need of a lawyer Tate Eldridge is the way to go.

I used Mr Eldridge almost 20 years ago - way before there was such a thing as reviews on the web. I just saw his advertisement on tv and it occurred to me I should write a review on my experience with him back then. He went above and beyond representing me in my disability case. I appreciated him so much and wanted to give him a 5 Star review all these years later. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Although this review is about 15+ years late, I wanted Mr Eldridge to know how much I truly appreciated him and his kindness in the handling my case.

Tate Represented me in my case and though he went to court for me he LITERALLY told the Judge "He is not disabled" when I actually AM. This was 3 years ago. I think my denial was LARGELY due to this. Then when the Judge took 2 YEARS to make a determination, instead of appealing and fighting for me he dropped my case, so thanks to HIM I am no longer eligible for Disability, due to all my work credits expiring and the pandemic hitting closed all the offices so I cannot appeal either. If I could sue him I would in a heartbeat, him and the Judge. I had to literally get our congressman involved to get the judge to render a judgment because Tate's office just kept saying " well our hands are tied there is nothing we can do but wait and we cannot find out any information on your case at this point." I CALL BS! I would not hire Tate to flip my burger at McDonalds let alone represent me in ANY legal matter. Seek help from another attorney that will ACTUALLY do what you hire them to do.
