My first Will was written up by the late Mr. Foster. Since then, I have called this firm several times to update my will and tackle other estate planning issues. After many calls that ended with I will get someone to call you back, it never happened but once and over the past 3-5 years, this is a "COMMON" issue. I call, they say we will call you back and nothing! With health and aging process and the importance of proper estate planning and updated paperwork, a NO CALL back really doesn't get the job done, does it? I have already taken my business elsewhere, never to return to this place. The place I called today Oct 22, 2025 set up an appointment on the phone and it will be in 5 days. That's how it's suppose to work. Live and learn. MY attempt for more business at this law firm has ended. I was born at night, but not last night. I see the writing on the wall here. Waste of time.

I called this law office on 4/15/2025 to speak with an attorney about my case. I spoke with their receptionist and left a detailed message with her, no one ever called me back. I called again today 4/29/2025 and asked to speak with an attorney. Their receptionist said what case is this and I explained it to her again, she was extremely short tone and beyond rude!!!! The receptionist said we gave your case to someone else, named Noah Sears; I said okay, when did you do that, she said the day that you called, (no one contacted me to tell me they were referring me to another attorney’s office) I said okay can I have his number because no one has called me, she said he is in Catoosa and hung up. Their receptionist is awful, she needs customer service training and phone etiquette training!!!! I was referred to this attorney’s office, I guess it’s good to know upfront how they handle their calls!! This is ridiculous!! I will never refer anyone to this law office!!

I called and left a message for Colton Scott. He returned my call the same day. I explained my situation and he took the time to go over my options in detail. He was helpful, empathetic, and pointed me in the right direction. Just an all around awesome experience.

Supportive and honest. We will be clients for life after our experiences with this group.

Horribly rude people.
