Didn’t help at all don’t waste your time

Amber Hinkle represented me in a complicated family law case. She was attentive, thorough, supportive, and kept me updated every step of the way. She was very quick with filings and relaying information back to me. The staff is quick to answer the phone and help in any way they can. They made my experience less stressful. I highly recommend!

After going through two other attorneys for my divorce, I was referred to Amber. She really is a wonderful person who had my best interest in mind and fought hard for me! I highly recommend her! Her staff is also wonderful! Cutter and Megan are kind and always helpful! I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you all! EDIT**** UNFORTUNATELY, when it came down to the time I was relying on her expertise and preciseness, I was completely let down. The absolutely most important clause in my divorce was not carried over from the temporary to the final so we literally may as well not even went to court. Now, I will have to add the major and difficult expense of having to hire another attorney and go through this awful process again. She fought hard to not face the judge and I was majorly short changed in what should have been an easy, cut and dry case. I am extremely disappointed.

After 5 calls to her office with 4 promises to return call to me. They never once called me back. Finally I informed them that I will be getting different council. Due to there problematic issues with return calls and failed promises

They didn't do cases like mine but was kind enough to give me three different lawyers name and number which is highly appreciated

Due to being terminally ill, my father-in-law had to come and stay at our home in NY for a bit. With his diagnosis, we knew we needed to get things in order. I contacted Mr. Taylor’s office to help us through the process. Mr. Taylor and his team were not only extremely efficient; they were so incredibly accommodating to our situation. With just a couple of phone calls and one in-person visit to his office, my father-in-law's estate was completed. Then, after my father-in-law passed away, Mr. Taylor and his team of professionals were so kind and helped us through the process with ease. I truly can’t say enough about Mr. Taylor and his team.

If you get divorced in Nicholas County, do NOT use Ms. Hinkle. It is as if the judge heard nothing she said, divorce went completely in the favor of the ex. Run from this lady.. she didn’t make a formal motion for an appraisal, none was done and the judge used an outdated appraisal from 12 years ago. She did not fight at all. Still paying her exorbitant bill. When the judges decision came in she simply said” could have been better, could have been worse “. Do NOT use her for your divorce.
