I recently had a consultation with one of the attorneys at this firm and was graciously provided with a follow up conversation - both of which were incredibly helpful and informative. By pure coincidence I happened to meet Matthew Taylor a few weeks later under an entirely different set of circumstances and found him to be extraordinarily empathetic and generous with his time. Those combined experiences convinced me that Taylor Law Offices is right firm to represent my company's interests in the future.

Dominic Lovotti was my attorney at Taylor Law working along with his paralegal, Stephanie. Together they were pleasant to work with. The Lovotti team guided me through my first time I needed an attorney to defend me in a lawsuit. Dominic and Stephanie kept me informed at each portion of the process which ended in the dismissal of the suit. They were constantly aware of my tight financial condition in guiding me through the process. I highly recommend Mr. Lovotti along with his paralegal as a caring and effective attorney team.

I had a short complimentary consultation with Jason Schauer, he exceeded my expectation for this type of appointment. He was candid and forthright provided me with information I needed to make an informed decision.

They are cheaping out and got an AI as their front desk person. It does not understand what I'm talking about and I do not care to pay for an AI. Place probably uses chat GTP which is known to fail horribly in a court room...

Did not behave like a local firm. Was denied assistance before I even had a chance to speak to anyone but an appointment setter. Then got a robot call from them. Not a positive experience, I'd go elsewhere.

Definitely does not feel like a "community firm". The first time I called, I confirmed the amount in controversy was less than $10,000, so they told me they couldn't help me. When the situation escalated and the amount in controversy was over $10,000, I called back. They requested all of my information, gave me pricing, asked if it was doable, I said yes, asked if I wanted to work with them, I said yes, and then they immediately told me that they would not be able to help me and would refer me to the Idaho State Bar. I never got to speak to anyone but the receptionist. I wasn't able to get a "free consultation". When I asked why she took all my information and had me go through what had happened only for her to tell me they wouldn't help me, she stated" I have an intake form". What a waste of time.

If your looking for a civil rights attorney dont waste your time.

We've worked with Matthew from Taylor Law and have received top notch service each time. Very transparent with any questions regarding billing, time frame, needs and wants, etc... He also takes care of clients with even the smallest of needs. Highly knowledgeable, and very responsive. We've enjoyed working with Taylor Law!

Reception very rude. Don’t bother trying to pay this law firm any money. They can’t even figure out how to schedule a consultation. Once “intake” information is taken the claim they will call you and never do. I tried 3 different times- did intake info 3 different times and was told a lawyer would call and they never called. Take your money somewhere else. If this firm can’t handle scheduling a consultation I’m not gonna trust paying thousands of dollars for a case. Good luck!
