My experience so far has not been positive. If you lie everytime you say you will call back to me thats disrespectful and promotes distrust that you have my best interest.

As I was saying before I accidently hit send. My experience has not been good so far It's been 3weeks since they lies twice they were going to call me back. I called 2days ago and was told Mr. Taylor was doing a demand letter and would call me as soon as he finish well I guess he is still doing it. I'm more mad at self for listening to my Brother for recommending them while they might represented him in his car accident they have not shown be to be reliable in slip and falls..my gut told me to go to Carr & Carr they treat people with respect.

The worst it’s been a year and nothing resolved no call backs and not good with keeping in touch with there clients. I’ve called so many times and been given the run around.

This company does not communicate they hold on to your cases so long to get most of your money but yet don’t even do their job I requested most of my stuff they needed and yet they wanna charge a high fee I will never use this company again

Horrible they have been having my case for over a year now and still haven't got anything, they don't communicate with you they don't call and let you know anything they just took my case and I haven't heard from them at all and when I do call they act like they have an attitude and I always have to talk to the receptionist, that really don't know nothing at all I wouldn't recommend this place to no one period. this law firm is unproffesional ,the receptionist,is rude,i had to gather most of the information my-self,each time i called,i had to explain everything to a different person,because they did not identify themselves, do not use them,they are very rude,and make you feel like you are just interested in fast money,do not waste your time.very unprofessional!

Very unprofessional the way that they treat people in their office. I have heard the way the lady at the front desk has been talked to and nobody should treat people that way. I walked in and heard that and decided that I didn’t want any part of anyone in that office.

This was my first meeting with this law firm, and I was very impressed.... Mr. Taylor seemed very knowledgable about the wreck I was involved in, as well as the pain I had in my back... He is not a doctor, but he seems be very knowledgable about injuries that can occur as if he was one... He made me feel very comfortable, and he was very friendly attentive, and charismatic.... The firm doesn't advertise, for they only work through referrals... You don't pay them any money upfront... They only charge you if they win, which they will get a third.

Very good advice just hard to see so much of my settlement going to the lawyer.. I took it as a learning lesson.. thank you for showing me the way!!

Honest polite professionals who performed excellent on the case. Definitely will be referring these great people to others! I don't know where I would be without them!

I know things take time but it is hard to get a call back the only reason I know what I do about my case I call and bug them or show up different staff tell me different things just be straight with me
