TAYLOR MARTINO ROWAN

Absolutely worst law firm i have ever been represented by. Its like pulling teeth to get any information from them. I have called, I have emailed, but I get nothing, also was just told that my attorney, Amanda Summerlin is no longer there, she is working on another case with another firm. I was of the understanding that my hernia mesh case was settled, if so where are my funds? Can anyone give me a straight answer?

The overall experience with this law firm was the worst I could have expected. They failed to communicate with me virtually the entire length of the case, one of their paralegals laughed at me because I was stating why I had to wear hearing aids, and they filed the incorrect applications for the correct settlement I was qualiied for and then tried to bully me into taking the offer so they could get their payday. I am a multiple Purple Heart recipient and I expected to be treated fairly. I did not recieve that treatment from this law firm. The difference they cost me was tens of thousands of dollars. This was just my experience and the experience of many other veterans. UPDATE: Not exactly shocking considering the complete lack of communication, professionalism, and/or competency but I have had to refuse the laughable offer I received from the law firm and they have refused to return my calls or emails. They sent out a mass email encouraging their clients to accept the offers despite every case being different. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF THAN YOU WOULD HAVING THIS LAW FIRM REPRESENTING YOU IN ANY SERIOUS WAY. The lack of communication and competency alone will cost you more than just peace of mind that your case is being handled appropriately. $$$
