I tried initially to manage my own claim related to a car accident where I was a passenger and needed medical assistance. The wreck was the other driver’s fault. After much frustration with insurance and hospitals, I turned to this law firmfor help. I did not want an ambulance-chasing attorney. I asked for a referral from a trusted attorney friend and was referred to Mike Taylor. What a huge gift and relief in my life! Mike assigned Ben Creedy and his assistants, Kelly and Lauren. They all worked with me toward a very fair outcome. If ever I have a situation like this occur again, I will call this firm. They are respectful, caring and competent! Even when Medicare came back asking for more reimbursement after the settlement, they were there for me!

Logan Taylor was incredibly helpful in handling a recent speeding ticket. The ticket wasn't showing up in the system so we were having difficultly finding out how to pay the fine/ what next steps were. We reached out 9am and she had a resolution for us by 10:30am. She is incredibly communicative and helpful. It's such a sigh of relief to not have to chase people for updates!

Paralegal was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. This firm is representing the other party in a civil case. As I am representing myself in this matter, I went in to their office today with a simple question about the dates on a filing. The receptionist got the paralegal who was responsible for the filing, and she (the paralegal) seemed entirely uninterested in answering my question. Instead, she chose to badger me about signing a waiver that I was not willing in that moment to sign. I use the word “badger” because I had to tell her No not less than five times. She accused me of “wasting everyone’s time and money”. She refused to give me her contact information. She even refused to tell me her name. This was my first ever interaction with this individual. Eventually she just threw her hands in the air and stormed off. I was very firm and direct in my conversation with her, but at no point was I rude or antagonistic. I understand that I am on the “other side” here, but I do not believe that is just cause for such a total lack of professionalism. I will say, however, that the receptionist was delightful.

Mike is a great attorney, who takes the time to hear your information regardless of what that information may pertain to your case. There is no stupid question you could ask him or his team to make sure they are representing you fully. Highly recommend, anyone going through legal proceedings in family law.
