Where to begin. I was arrested onbl false allegations of domestic violence. So the next morning I called a recommended lawyers office. After a week or 2 they realized there was a conflict of interest. So they recommended Tim Probisco. So I called Tim and spoke with him. He told me straight up it's gonna be a tough case because it's her word vs. Mine. But we met up the next day. After we talked for about an hour Tim asked some questions to clarify some things. He's a very straight forward kind of guy who if he wasn't a lawyer I can see him being a professional surfer on ESPN. He's definitely not like a stuffed up lawyer or anything. Makes you feel real comfortable. So after our meeting Tim explained to me what he thought our next steps would be. He also was in contact with my divorce lawyer to make sure nothing would hurt my divorce case because I have young kids. Both lawyers came up with the idea that I should just plead the 5th so I wouldnt say anything wrong that c I old be held against me. Fast forward a few weeks later and I was on the way to Tim's office to plead the 5th. As I was driving there Tim and I had a conversation. Tim suggested I just give my statement. He said I had a strong statement and should tell it. Soxtaking Tim's advice I said I would share my statement. Well with the news that i was going to share more statement my ex wife and her lawyer went into crisis mode. All of a sudden the dominoes started to fall into place. And from the point on things started to swing in the right direction. My record got full expungement. The injunctions came to an end and life slowly started to get back to normal. I felt the entire time Tim had my back. I can say Tim was also very reasonable for his service. I would highly recommend Tim for any legal issues you may have to deal with.
