Candy and Mr Ted are such a pleasure to deal with. Mr Ted took my call this morning and stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes. Mrs Candy always got back to me and kept me up to date if and when there was a change. I highly recommend this law firm to others. Very easy to deal with from the start.

5 star rating for Mr Ted Morgan. Truly did a fantastic job representing me, not only in the courthouse but outside of it aswell. One of my charges was amended a year into the proceedings and a bond was reissued for my arrest. While out of town working I was pulled over for a tail light in a box truck rental in California. I was held waiting for extradition and could have been stuck waiting for months. Mr Morgan and candy hounded the sheriffs office and DA until my release after just 2 weeks in holding. He is an experienced lawyer and I would recommend him for anyone going through the muscagoee county court System for sure. My case ended with favorable results for civil and criminal both of which Mr Morgan handled for a fair price.

I'm beyond happy with my experiences with Mr. Morgan handling my cases. He was one of the best decisions out of lawyers I could have chose. Definitely does NOT disappoint!!

On occasion, I will take a moment to rate a service with the Stars provided (five in this case). But, I rarely take the time to write a review. But in this particular circumstance I felt it was appropriate. My son anf I engaged the Morgan Law Firm because we were aware of Mr. Morgan and his sucessful firm at church where his family and mine are members. Mr. Morgan and his Leagal Assistant Mrs. Cantrell were always displaying a sense of urgency when responding to our questions. Mr. Morgan is a no-nonsense ,experienced and knowledgeable attroney that tells you what he can do, what we need to do, and was extremely helpful in forming a strategy to get the best outcome for two felony charges my son was facing. Mr. Morgan worked behind the scenes with the DA in negotiating the best outcome for my son. He coordinated what he was doing with what my son and his family could do as well. I am happy to say that Mr. Morgan obtained the best possible outcome (even though the charges were an over-reach) which was no jail time which exceeded my son's and my family's expectations. Thank you Mr. Morgan and Mrs. Cantrell for all you did to guide us through a very difficult time for my son and our family. Short story: Mr. Morgan got my felony dropped down to a misdemeanor with NO JAIL TIME. Long story: I cant stress enough how well Mr. Morgan handled my case. It was rocky due to the State being the one pressing charges on me. I was on bond for Felony Terroristic Threats and Acts for about 3 years. Ive since gotten my life together and was having issues getting a good job still with a pending felony charge and all. I contacted Ted’s office as he’s been on my case from the beginning and stated it was best to wait it out, however I needed something done soon. He handled my case with urgency and got in contact with the ADA, and got them to agree to me pleading to a misdemeanor and doing some probation time. After a month tops, we had a court day set and I had a date to make my plea. Once getting to court, he discussed with me how things would go and how to handle myself in front of the judge. After 4 hours of waiting through other cases, it was my turn. Super nervous, but I was confident in Mr. Morgans abilities. After going through normal procedures with the case, the Judge agreed to the terms set forth by Mr. Morgan and the state’s ADA. I AM FELONY FREE, and after a year of pretty relaxed probation, I will be a free man. I can garuntee I’ll never be back in court. But if worst comes to worst, I’ll have Mr. Morgan by my side.
