Worst attorney ever. Did no work and basically showed up the day of unprepared with no argument, nothing. As someone who did not go to law school and unfamiliar with processes etc I assumed my attorney would be able to advocate or at least argue on my behalf since I was paying him. SMH. Please don’t waste your time or money

Then I found Ted Smith and they made my first appeal for me and I was denied a 2nd time ( even though my medical records shows I'm disabled) I was devastated but Carole encouraged me to stay strong and persistent. So Ted appealed my case the second time and by this time I met Crystal from the office and she's just as sweet and helpful as Carole and a hearing was set for me November 2024 and between then and now a new law went into affect and long story short I had have a 2nd hearing May 2025..Let me back up in November 2024 when I met Ted he was so down to earth very supportive and encouraging as well..Fast forward to today June 26th 2025 I found out via phone from Carole that I was approved finally for my disability..I'd highly recommend Ted Smith and his amazing team Carole, Crystal and Atty...This has been a long battle and very exhausting mentally but Ted and his team never gave up on me or my case...So Ted, Carole and Crystal thank you again for accepting my case and for believing me and in me and my case....Y'all rock

EXCELLENT SERVICE from attorney Ted Smith and senior paralegal Barbie King! We were purchasing a house from the federal government with guaranteed clean title. However, every closing company required a survey and title insurance costing up to $2,000. Ted Smith is personable, and his legal fee was well less than using a title company. Barbie King handled the red tape proficiently and kept us informed of progress. The closing was quick and simple for us because Barbie had researched every detail and had the necessary forms ready.
