I recently met on the phone with Jack Ruesch for a civil legal issue. I have spent weeks compiling data and talking with many relevant personnel. I fully respect and understand an attorney's right to take on (or not take on) cases at their discretion, but I am severely disappointed in Jack. He declined to meet with me any further on the issue and refused to even review the data I had compiled. In my brief interaction with him, I came away with the opinion that he is a lazy old man who's mailing it in at the end of his career. As a result, I do not recommend approaching him with any issue that requires any actual legal effort. Sometimes, lawyers should do things because it's the right thing to do. I don't believe Jack is the guy to meet that expectation. To his credit, he did provide me with a referral to another attorney who was far more interested in providing guidance and proper guidance. This is my opinion based on my experience.

Absolutely no help from the receptionist... i would think that a lawfirm could havd at least pointed me in the right direction

Not only did I not get a call back, I didn't get the courtesy of an apology. John should be embarrassed. The firm should be abhorred. Obviously the below reviews are from friends, aquaintences, employees. Sad

I have recently been working with Ryan Muldoon on several accounts at my company that required litigation to collect past due balances. Ryan was very thorough with his work and was always very good about keeping me in the loop. He also was very good about explaining the options available to me and sharing his expertise on the best way to collect on past due accounts. With Ryan's help, the past due balances have been recovered. I will be using Ryan again in the future.
