Phenomenal is the perfect word to describe everyone in this office and everything they do!! I walked into my very first appointment sad, confused, and overwhelmed because my Mom had just passed away and I needed help with everything that had to do with what came next. I was met with unbelievably kind, compassionate, and honest professionalism that took a situation of great sadness and made every step as easy as it possibly could have been. I felt supported and was listened to and had every question answered without ever feeling rushed. Fast forward to now and my husband and I just had our Estate planning completed, and yet again the service was phenomenal from start to finish. We went in to get a trust and will done for me and my family. Not knowing one thing about what to do nor how to do it. They listened to what we wanted then guide us in the right direction, they made us feel comfortable about what we were doing and what we wanted and we were done In a day.
