I was rear-ended by a hit and run, and was referred to Temple by a friend. I got the medical care I needed immediately at no cost to me, and when I got back to 100% about 6 months later I got a decent settlement I was happy with. The whole office was easy to work with start to finish. Highly recommend!

I gave this law firm 2 stars because my time is valuable. It was a waste of my time going to their office. Nora Trujilio documented specific details pertaining to my case, and the incident a week ago. She was aware that my injury happened in another state not Nevada. I inquired about if the attorneys at this firm would have jurisdiction to take on my case she said yes. I arrived today, and no attorneys for this office were there. I understand the personal matters happen. However, another attorney should have been able to fill in when circumstances arise. A scheduled consultation should be the attorney or attorneys' not the intake specialist. This just didn't sit well with me as a ethical law firm. The issue is not that this firm is not willing or cannot take my case. It is always best to always keep options open when considering representation for a lawsuit in general. My issue is the inconvenience that this has caused me. Nora did contact an attorney over the phone when I was there. I spoke with her. She explained that she could not take on the case because it happened in a different state. Nora expressed that where the incident occurred "would not" be an issue a week ago.if she was unsure, she should not have informed me about it. I sat in their office and discussed my case for over 20 minutes at the office in a conference room with Nora before the attorney got on a phone call and spoke to me on speaker. I was treated very poorly, besides receiving a water bottle from the nice receptionist when I first entered the building. She made me feel welcomed. Nora seemed friendly as well don't get me wrong. She just mislead me. She misinformed me about the attorney Jeff and the other attorney being able to take on my case. I am just disappointed by these individuals. Their lack on integrity is unacceptable. If they were not able to take on my case this should have been addressed during the intake a week ago. Instead, it was addressed when I took a trip to their office way on the other side of town. I thought that I was moving forward, but I am starting over at step one again. I also disliked that the attorney on the phone gave me no hope after my time was wasted. She drew the conclusion stating that no other law firm in Nevada could take on my case. Some attorneys' have the ability to be practice on multi -jurisdiction level. I will contact different offices, and the Nevada State Bar and find out for myself. It may still be possible to find representation in the state of Nevada. I will research attorneys in the state where the incident occurred as well. My journey continues. How people treat me will always be rememberable to me no matter if it is a positive or a negative experience. My experience at Temple Injury Law Firm was not a positive experience for me. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone after this negative experience.
