He took 8 months to tell me he did not want to take my case on. Leaving me last minute to find another lawyer. Chester Tennyson did not understand a simple malpractice of my achillees tendon was not supposed to be cut leading to me not being able to use my leg . He blamed my cast. When i had 3 doctors document that i needed another surgery to fix what the negligent surgeon did to my tendon. An injury doctor an orthopedic surgeon and a neurologist all say it was from the achilees tendon lengthening that caused my injury. I was left with an over lengthened tendon that changed my anatomy and does not function due to unnecessary surgery. Im disappointed that he waited this long to tell me since my statue of limitations is almost up. He said he cant prove that it wasnt my cast when i have documented it was a wrongful surgery.
