I am writing to share my recent experience with your firm, which I found deeply dissatisfying. Upon my arrival and departure, I was not greeted with a handshake, setting a dismissive tone for the entire meeting. Despite paying a $400 fee, I received no actionable recommendations to address my concerns. The associate I met with was condescending and informed me that I had no legal basis for my issue, eventually suggesting that I compose my own letter. In fact, I found that AI tools provided more compelling verbiage and helpful advice than what was offered during this consultation. Furthermore, I felt the associate intentionally prolonged the meeting to justify the fee, only to abruptly conclude the session by looking at his watch and asking for my credit card.

The consultations are available via conference call, zoom video conference or in person With the consultations, we had the flexibility to request whether Vijay would read the information we provided in advance, so we could immediately focus directly on the pertinent issue during the consultation. As a result of the effective consultations with Vijay we received excellent information which was very beneficial, and helped us protect our interests! Soon after we retained the firm, and they provided us with critical information, which allowed us to best position ourselves, with initial options in lieu of immediate litigation, yet still preserved our position and options should future litigation be necessary. We always get our phone calls answered, and whether it's paralegal Blair or senior associate attorney Stephanie, they always make us feel like, one of their most important clients! A five-star firm, definitely deserves a five-star review!

Try to charge me $600 an hour for nothing not even a 5-minute conversation! Never signed a retainer provided my card and they accused me of credit card fraud! Avoid!
