The 928 Law Firm

Disappointed with the pricing structure for business formation. The 928 Law Firm quoted $1,500 for a basic LLC setup but would not include the Operating Agreement in that price. After doing some research, I found this to be much higher than other Arizona firms that include custom legal documents for $800-$900. I also wasn't comfortable with the push toward a $400/hour consultation just to get a final quote. If you are a startup on a budget, I’d recommend shopping around before committing.

Great experience at a not great time. Initial call was returned promptly. Meeting with attorney was scheduled for the next day. Attorney was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend 928 law firm.

Absolutely insane how little evidence I gave them they used. It essentially felt like they were working for the opposing party in my case. Just got the temporary orders ruling from the case they represented me in and almost every single material point the judge ruled on, I had evidence for, and it wasn’t used, despite repeated pleas to use it. Hugest waste of money and now I’m absolutely broke and can’t hire another lawyer to fix this mess.

I was in a tough situation and thought I would have to take it for what it was but with a friends encouragement to reach out to a lawyer I am soooooo happy that I did. I booked an appointment for a consultation and Kelly was AMAZING. I was not looking forward to tackling this…I was dreading tackling this but after my conversation with Kelly it was like a huge weight was taken off my shoulders. We were referred to The 928Law firm from another firm in town. They did a great job meeting our needs. We scheduled a 30 minute intake meeting with Taylor to ensure they could help us. Based on our needs, they recommended their brief service meeting with one of their lawyers for a flat fee, which was perfect for us. We met with their lawyer to go over again what we needed in case anything had changed and to ensure he understood everything we wanted, and by the end of the meeting we had our document ready to go. We would use them again in the future.

Brian Webb is an absolute gem in this area of Arizona. He’s the first attorney I’ve spoke with about my case that really gave me the impression that he genuinely cares about what is going on in my case. In his free consultation with me today, which was supposed to be hour but went over an extra 30 minutes, he gave me a lot of pointers and invaluable advice that I could use immediately to benefit and advance my case along. For free. He explained how the process will go and what I needed to do to for service to make sure it holds up in court, as well as directed me to legal rules that I need to understand in order to move forward intelligently. While I won’t be hiring for full representation (although if I was made of money I would because he is worth it!) his background and attentiveness to the nature of my situation has made me extremely comfortable to hire his a la cart legal services to help me prepare my case to represent myself. He offered me a great deal to block off a half day to spend with him before my case to get me up to speed and help me make sure my case is strongly prepared in accordance to all the rules and expectations the court has for my type of case. He has already made me feel more at ease and acquainted with the process, and I’m looking forward to working with him for a solid 3 to 4 hours the week before my hearing.
