The Abrams Firm

Awful experience! They have not responded to one email or phone call. I REGRET giving them the $2000. My mother could not afford this expense but needed to get of her timeshare. Mr. Abrams said it was easy. He could do this in no time. I have called and sent countless emails and nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They helped me to get rid of my Diamond resort timeshare in 2015. Wonderful attention and I could do it from Mexico only over emails

This firm is very unresponsive; I paid the fee and didn't hear anything from them for over a year. I had to email, call and leave several messages before I received a response. The firm/owner did not respond to me until I sent daily emails and made daily calls. They only responded to me because I had to harass them. Once I received a response, it was only to tell me that they had reached out to the timeshare. I have still not been released from my contract and it's been over a year & a half. The only solution they have offered is to open a lawsuit for which they say it will cost an additional fee. Their $2000 initial fee did nothing; the only evidence I've seen of any work done is the owner sending a few emails to my timeshare. I still haven't heard anything back from them and the timeshare has not released me from my contract; late fees are still piling up and it's being reported to the credit bureaus each month. The firm told me to just withstand it......DO NOT GIVE THE ABRAMS FIRM YOUR MONEY!

They dont answer the phone after they took my money.
