I would like to start off by saying what an amazing law firm The Accident Guys has been with my case. My vehicle was rear ended by a negligent driver causing both damage to my vehicle and my body. The back of my car got smashed in and I could not open the trunk door. I ended up getting treatment for my severe whiplash. The accident was a stressful experience but the team at The Accident Guys reassured me that everything would be ok. First, I had a meeting with a nice representative, Carlo who handled the initial steps of my case. Then I was assigned to Case Manager Charry. Charry was such a sincere and kind case manager that I got to work with. She was attentive when handling details of my case. She was excellent at explaining the case process and informed me with progress updates along the way. In addition, Charry referred me to great medical and chiropractic facilities for my body recovery treatments. Secondly, I would like to praise Attorney Phillip who worked very hard with his legal team on my case. Attorney Philip was very kind, understanding and sympathetic about what I experienced with my accident. He really made my case a positive experience when I felt down about it. He also offered good advice and suggestions to move my case forward and was able to get me a settlement beyond what I expected. Lastly, I was given a small gift card for my birthday which was the sweetest gesture. I am grateful to have made the right decision to have The Accident Guys represent me.

I have had a really good experience with the accident guys! everyone that I have worked with from the investigator Marcello to my case manager Grethel Mariveles and Gerald, it has been easy to contact them and they made the process super easy. Also Eliot and Elena were also very helpful and super friendly, I couldn’t believe that during this whole settlement they were still kind and mindful enough to send me a cute Starbucks gift card for my birthday! I honestly thought that was so cool and super nice of them. This was the first time I had ever been in an accident and this was also the first time I have ever needed to work with a lawyer and had no idea what I was doing, but everyone that I ever spoke to from the accident guys has been super helpful and gave detailed explanations of what was going to come! I was rear ended and my back got injured by another car that did not have insurance and my insurance company didn’t help in the way they could have, but thanks to the accident guys they helped me feel better and get better with there doctors and chiropractor team! They also set up all of my medical appointments at locations that were convenient for me. They were always available to assist with any questions or concerns. They were also able to track down the driver of the vehicle that hit me. They were able to work with his insurance to cover the costs. Had an accident back in feb of this year! With bad circumstances such as the other person not having insurance!! Or a license!! Panicked and not knowing what to do or who to turn to. Found this law firm on yelp and gave them a call. They immediately sent someone out to meet me near my house and we signed paperwork and I started treatment. After 6 months I got my settlement and honestly I can say it was the best experience! Anytime I needed a case update I was provided with one immediately I’d love to thank Wendy, Sara and Elliot.
