Overall I had a good experience using the Accident Guys. They were in frequent contact right away. They helped connect me with experts in the field. The negotiation of my medical bills was painfully slow with few updates. All in all, I’d recommend them.

My accident, in my opinion, was very minor (car was still driveable), but the other party was taking way too long with communication. I decided to contact Accident Guys. My mom used them recently, and had nothing, but good things to say about them. My case manager, Elena was very communicative and helped with all the medical appointments I needed quickly, and once everything was handed off to Phillip (attorney) he worked his magic with negotiations. Everything was done faster than I expected, and I got way more money than expected as well! If anyone is debating on whether to call them or not, just do it! In March of 2022 I was minding my own business commuting home on the 210 FWY when I heard screeching and crash and then a very hard hit to the back of my car. First thought: Seriously? Then yes seriously. Shock and fear and shaking. I noticed the soreness in my neck, back and especially my wrist... it kept getting worse. I could not pick up anything with my left hand and knew I needed professional guidance. I called the Accident Guys and they did what they do well. This was new to me but they knew what to do. They connected me with the right medical professionals and thus my healing begun. They stayed in touch the whole way to recovery. I call out the physical therapy because they were excellent too. It was a painful journey to complete all the medical sessions. But am better for it today. I am happy to close this chapter but am grateful for the Accident Guys! The outcome was more than I expected!

Dealing with any type of insurance woes after an accident is traumatic and stressful, but the accident guys made the process as easy as possible! As soon as I made the call, they had the paperwork etc ready the next day, doctors appointments scheduled, everything handled very quickly. The process to my settlement took much longer than I’d hoped and expected, BUT!!! That was because of the other party’s insurance and lack of accountability. Please be patient with your legal team, because the back and forth process is as long as the other insurance is fighting to not give you the settlement you deserve.
