I had a really great experience working with The Accident Guys after my T-bone collision. I mainly worked with Gerald, Jenica, and Stephanie, and they were all incredibly helpful, kind, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They always made sure I understood what was going on and answered any questions I had. The process did take some time, but that is just the nature of bodily injury (BI) claims, not their fault at all. Despite the delay, they stayed on top of everything and made sure I felt supported the whole time.
