This review is heartbreaking to even write. After becoming a client of this law firm the demeanor of her secretary was disrespectful and rude. I ask Mrs. Agarwal to reframe any and all contacts and communication through via her secretary. I filed a Chapter13 in April 2022. I should have seen the red flags. As we were going over my prospective case, she also quoted me the amount to file for Chapter 13. No, problem $639 iim thinking may not be accurate. I said okay let's make the appointment. What strike me was what she stated afterwards."if you cannot afford the whole thing call me back when you can". I brushed it off. As we were going through the documents"I'm sure late on your car payments h, how many months?" I wasn't "well did you ever own any credit cards?" Yes, they are current as well. Micheal Wayne Investment and that is all I am going to say for those who have experienced this company. I never met Mrs Nupal Agrawal.That was a red flag. Incorrect conversation, constant resending of same multiple documents. Missing to unorganized at one point. Emails are more laments terms than lawyer/client understand each other I asked for my car to be placed on the Chapter 13 months later because I was out of work for sever Goiters that had to removed. I asked her secretary to please relay the message. I found out a month later the car was in the Bankruptcy Plan. So I asked the normal questions; do I stop paying my car note? You can but don't miss any payments on your plan. Current to this day.That was In August. September October November goes by I did not pay my car payment. I get an email from the court: "Motion to Release" around November 28th December 5 time period. Immediately, I called the ofc left messages, called back at a later date. I text Mrs. Agrawal because I was not getting a response. That became a back and forth mess. She asked me to call her secretary in the morning (Monday), she will fill her in and she would figure out what happened. The secretary was so disrespectful due to the fact Mrs. Agrawal never contacted her, she doesn't understand what's going on. Then told me the motion meant I never paid my plan. I told her that is current. She did not believe me until she checked the system. Then she told me to turn my car in to Regional Acceptance I had to get off the phone. Mrs.Agrawal finally called of course no clue told me again do not make any payments to them she will contact Regional Acceptance. December 10 nothing from the attorney, I called Regional Acceptance good report with them. Spoke to my representative $1600. Including late fees, you owe. I paid $500, she reminded me to have it all paid by January 18. Your attorney will contact the court to dismiss the case. That did not happened. I made two payments regular schedule on December 16 and the final on December 30. January 2033 is here and the case was not dismiss. Additional to my car payment I have to pay again late fees & attorney. Each week it was something new with the courts, with paperwork that should have happened in the initial visit. it became extremely uncomfortable I had to seek mental health because I was going deeper in debit instead of being relieved. I applied for a loan to clear my debit with another attorney. in my own opinion I feel she is not right for People of Color because of the disrespect not just from the secretary but from Mrs. Agrawal as well. As far as her being a representative of the court system she is longer WE THE PEOPLE" like she expressed to me in a conversation the bankruptcy clerk gets theirs and she gets hers then the remaining going to the bills. This is why you have a plan and you pay into your plan each month. This is why you should not choose this law firm to represent you for anything. Mrs. Agrawal will not make a good candidate for "Mayor of Richmond".
