Aitch Law Firm helped me with a very emotional transition with my deceased mother's estate. The attorney Jelani and his assistant Anita was very professional, thorough and most of all caring. I would most definitely use Aitch Law Firm again, and will highly recommend their firm to family and friends. I had post the review above 4 yrs ago, I had no idea that I would be posting almost 5 yrs later dealing with a simple probate case that I trusted this law firm to handle honestly and respectfully. Unfortunately I had to file a complaint with the OCDC due to I hired an attorney that refuse to comply with my request to release funds that rightfully belong to me and my sister and not only does not comply with our request, he does NOT comply with the courts as well. Be very careful who you hire to personally represent you.

I was not at all happy with the service. Lawyer was unresponsive throughout the entire case and did not handle our case to our expectations.
This client is a husband and wife who reside in Texas. Client retained our office to obtain damages and back rent from a former tenant of their rental property in the St. Louis area. Our office prepared and timely filed a petition in circuit court. Unfortunately, the client did not have an accurate location for the former tenant and we were unable to serve a summons. Our office expended numerous resources trying to locate the former tenant but were unsuccessful. As of 9/6/2023, this case is still pending in circuit court. If the client can provide a location for us to serve the former tenant, our office will be happy to continue the prosecution of this lawsuit.
