Very shocked to see the positive reviews. Based on our [unfortunate] experience (and we are elderly and were already traumatized by severe illness and other related, worrying concerns): We phoned this 'Elder CARE Law' firm a couple years ago in desperate need of guidance and to potentially hire Mr. Nolan; Feeling assured by the comforting assertions made on Mr. Nolan's website We requested to speak with Mr. Nolan and were refused by Jennifer (she, very oddly, wouldn't provide her last name). Instead we spoke with Jennifer, out of said desperation, trusting that we would be provided a kind, professional 'phone consultation'. Jennifer was almost immediately, and confusingly, beyond maliciously unkind - absolutely mean - aggressively so. We requested again to speak with Mr. Nolan and once again she refused. We were more shaken than when we began. In our opinion, Jennifer's behavior should be considered Elder Abuse (caused horrific mental and emotional anguish). It's important that ALL experiences of this nature are shared to ensure the public interest and particularly the elderly are protected.

My husband and I recently used Alabama Elder Care Law Firm to update our estate planning documents after we moved here from another state. We purchased an estate planning package for couples. The price seemed reasonable for professional legal services. We were able to get a consultation fairly quickly, and the documents were completed within about a week for us to sign. We would use this law firm again should the need arise.
