Mr. Allen was very reliable and straight forward, I was looking at a felony with possible prison time and was not very optimistic about it at first. Without giving me any false hope he managed to put me at ease about the process allowing us to move forward with drive and purpose...ultimately winning over the jury which came to the verdict of "innocent". AMAZING attorney. I won’t trust anyone else for any legal needs! He got my probation commuted to unsupervised probation, and this was a feat with my record. Additionally I had called many attorneys in the area to help me with collateral relief. No one wanted to help because it didn’t really fall into the category of criminal, and civil attorneys didn’t think it fell in the category of civil they were experienced in… this man helped me when no one else would, and he did a damn good job, even when arguing against the State Attorney General’s Office.
