I first met Luke when he worked as the Assistant Prosecutor for Jackson County and I was listed as a witness for a criminal case. We met over lunch and talked through the details and what to expect. I was really impressed with how he valued my time, would text me updates instead of just call and leave a message when it was something short, etc. A year after this I needed help with a personal case that came out of now where and was on an incredibly short time frame. I was stressed out and not even knowing how to proceed so I called him to wondering if he even remembered me. He answered the phone and asked me by name how things were going very casually before I even got to the reason I was calling. Luke immediately talked me through what to expect and met me at the courthouse, even with less than a week notice since he was available that day. We walked out and I immediately felt more confident as he handled things from his end so I could go about my daily life. A few meetings later and he managed to get the case DISMISSED! Something I wouldn't have even thought possible was ready to just negotiate and be done with everything. Could not have been happier and more surprised by the outcome. The other thing to expect from Luke is he carry's an air of confidence when he is in the courtroom and talking to the other attorney which I think helped in the outcome of my case.
